A few words from Jodi
Over the years Jodi has drafted training plans for friends chasing big goals — he loves being part of someone's training and watching them get there. Now he's offering online coaching for anyone and everyone, whatever the goal.
I've coached high school track, cross country and many trail/ultrarunners since 1994. I'm passionate about running and about helping people attain their goals. Whether you're training for your first 5k or want to conquer an ultramarathon, I'd love to help.
I'm a very focused person when it comes to training, and I specialize in using my time wisely — training specifically for the chosen race. Everyone's busy, so training smartly and specifically for your race is key.
